Filling System Snorkel filler, we've replaced the sac, O-ring and point gasket and it's working perfeclty. We'll send instructions on how to use the snorkel filling system. The pencil takes 0.9mm (or "thin") leads, which it extends via the traditional twist mechanism. We'll include a small packet of leads.
Color Black with gold trim, wide 3/8" 14k cap bands are engraved with the original owner's signature.
Nib FINE Sheaffer's triumph style two tone nib marked F5. It's quite smooth and firm, and has nice tipping remaining
Condition Excellent condition. There's some light scratching on the cap and barrel of both pieces, and two small indents in the plastic of the pencil. There's some microscratching on the trim, but no brassing or real wear visible on either piece. No cracks or chips. The imprints are readable and clear. The pen is fully restored and both pieces are working very well. They will come in a vintage Sheaffer box.
The signature on the cap bands appears to be C. J. Milam.
