Product Name The cap is marked FARBWERKE HOECHST, but we think that's may be a company personalilzation as we have not seen other UHUs with this imprint.
Manufacturer and Year UHU, Germany. We're guessing it was produced in the late 1940s or early 1950's. UHU is best known for its glues and it is still a leader in that market, however during the 1940s they briefly made some nice quality pens.

Filling System Piston Filler
Color Black with see-thru barrel to see ink level and gold plated trim.
Nib UHU steel nib with full flex. Very smooth. Some wear to the gold masking on the nib. See writing sample below.
Condition Excellent with personalization (?) "FARBWERKE HOECHST" with a small "ML" etched on the barrel. There is some handwear on the cap and barrel and trim.
