Filling System Piston filling system. Tested and working well.
Color Orange/red ebonite, vermeil trim, Sula Sea mother of pearl panels.
Nib 18k fine nib (not marked). The Ancora nibs (actually made by Ancora) are famous for their quality. The tines are rather elongated, adding to the soft and spring-y feel. There's a little bit of flex, but no real line variation.
Condition Excellent condition, but the vermeil trim shows pitting. The vermeil on the clip shows the worst pitting, whereas the rest of the trim is just bumpy (Ancora metalwork is always rough looking, based on our experience.) No cracks or chips, the mother of pearl looks great. Ships in box with guarantee certificate.
