Filling System It is a piston filler. There's a window thru which you can view the ink.
Color Blue Auroloide resin, lighter than the cobalt blue on the regular Aurolaide pens. Blue marble body and cap, black end pieces. Gold plated trim.
Nib FINE 18k nib, marked F on the feed. A very nice, smooth writing pen.
Condition Excellent condition. The cap and barrel have light scratching. There is a very small crack in the cap, about 1/16" long, just below the serial number (see final photo below). It's not in a location that affects the function of the pen. The trim all looks great, with no brassing or plating wear. The barrel imprint is slightly faded on the right side, but is still easily readable.
