Color 18k gold cap and barrel. The gold on this pen is hallmarked, and is not plated or filled - it's 18k gold. The gold is layered over black resin. The gold has a guilloche pattern (or in Italian, "grana di riso" or rice grain). The section is black and there is a clear viewing window. The 1/4" wide cap band has a Greek key pattern.
Nib BROAD 18k nib.
Condition Near Mint condition. The pen has been inked, but we don't see any significant indications that it has been used. This is a gorgeous, elegant pen with a glittery effect from the engraved surface on the cap and barrel. The cap and barrel are both hallmarked as 18k gold. No cracks, chips, dents, dings, or scratches. All imprints are clear.
