Type Vintage lever filling fountain pen.

Manufacturer and Year Merit, USA -- 1930s-40s based off of the design.
Length 4-7/8" capped.
Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working very well.
Color Yellow-pearl marbled with black and red veins. The ends of the pen have convex shapes. The cap has a wide band with two recessed bands that were filled in with black. Most of the black lines are gone.
Nib FINE steel #6 nib. It is large and writes smoothly. It was originally gold plated.
Condition Excellent condition. The pen has no cracks or scratches. The color is great. The trim looks good in hand but because of the wear on the band, it looks like the wide band is made of smaller bands. There are some posting marks on the end of the barrel and there is a bulge in the barrel around the lever. The pen is fully restored and working very well.
