Manufacturer and Year Bexley, USA -- 2010.
Length 5-3/16"
Filling System Takes international cartridges and converters. A piston converter is installed.
Color Orange with silver colored trim. The clip was cast in fine silver 900. The body is made of G-10. According to Bexley: It has multiple layers of laminated fiberglass that have been impregnated with epoxy resins. The result is a highly stable, durable material that is often used as a substrate for printed circuit boards.
Nib Extra-fine two-toned 18k Bexley nib, marked with an F for fine. There is a handwritten note on the box: "F nib probably modified by Mike It Work", and it looks like some of the tipping was removed to take the nib from a fine to an extra-fine. There are no stub/cursive italic/architect modifications.
Condition Near Mint in box. No indications that the pen was ever inked. There is only very light handwear. The trim has some polishing marks and light scratches. The coloring of the material is consistent. The imprint seems slightly worn down, but this could also be due to the unique characteristics of the material. No cracks, chips, scratches, or dents. Ships in a Bexley box, which is original to the pen.
