Filling System Takes international cartridges and converters. A piston converter is installed. The pen is advertised as well-suited for eyedroppering but the barrel unthreads very easily so we wouldn't recommend it.
Color Orange woodgrain ebonite. Non-tapered cylindrical shape with very slightly rounded ends. The barrel has two 1/8" gold plated bands with a pattern of perpendicular lines. The clip is very easy to remove.
Nib Broad two-toned nib, with a cursive italic grind. It's not marked as having gold content, so we assume that it's steel. See writing sample below.
Condition Near mint in box. The trim looks great and the ebonite coloring is consistent. Very minimal handwear, if any. The imprint is crisp. No cracks, chips, scratches, or dents. Ships in a Bexley box with original paperwork and certificate.
