Manufacturer and Year Boston Safety Pen Co. They made pens from 1904 to the late teens, before they were bought by Wahl.

Filling System Eye Dropper. We cleaned and restored the pen. We will include instructions and an eye dropper kit.
Color Black chased hard rubber. The chasing is really nice.
Nib MEDIUM-FINE "Boston Safety Pen" small #2 nib is semi-flexible and puts down a line from medium-fine to broad. It has good tipping material. See writing sample below.
Condition The pen is in excellent condition. There is fading on the barrel and cap, with the darker black color protected when the cap is on. The end of the barrel has a color that lies between the two. The chasing on the cap looks great. The chasing pattern on the barrel is slightly smoothed down. The barrel imprint is smoothed down a bit on the left side, but is still easily read.
