Product Description
Type Fountain pen
Product Name Hexagonal, we have seen people call it an Ecridor as well as a Hexagonal but it has the Hexagonal clip.
Manufacturer and Year Caran d'Ache, Switzerland -- Circa 2000, this pen was made in the late 1990s or early 2000s.
Length 5-3/8"
Filling System Takes international style cartridges and converters. A working Caran d'Ache piston converter is installed. This is the original green converter that the pen had. Green Caran d'Arche converters are no longer produced.
Color Metal cap and barrel with plastic section and end piece. The majority of the pen is faceted, six facets for the hexagonal name, and is a matte green color. We have seen people call this "Rolex Green" but could not confirm that this is one of the Rolex collaboration pens. The trim is gold plated.
Nib Fine two-tone steel nib. It is the original nib despite not saying Caran d'Ache or having a logo on it. The nib writes well. A bit of the gold plating has come off on the underside of the nib.
Condition Near mint condition. No dents, dings, or scratches. There is a little plating wear on the nib collar. There are some faint marks on the clip and the black plastic piece at the end of the pen.
