Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a beautifully colored, shiny ring top pen. The cap has a discoloration mark near the top, extremely common in blue Carters. Very smooth and shiny, though you see fine scratches when magnified. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip as well as scratches and marks near the end of the barrel. The lever has moderate microscratching and one tiny scratch. The cap band has light to moderate microscratching. The ring top has light plating wear along the edges of the mount and along the top of the center of the mount. The ring itself looks good. The imprints on the barrel are clear as is the model number mark on the flat end of the barrel.
