Product Name Conklin "All Metal"
Manufacturer and Year Conklin, USA -- Circa 1920s.
Length 4-7/8", very slender
Filling System Lever filler. We have fully restored it with a new sac and it's working well.
Color Gold filled cap and body. The section is smooth but the cap and barrel have a checkerboard pattern. It has gold filled trim and a small clip.
Nib Flexible fine 14k Conklin Toledo #3 nib. It has a crescent breather hole and is very springy. Not full flex, but better line variation that semi-flex. See writing sample below.
Condition Excellent + condition. There are a few tiny dents beneath the cap lip when capped but they're difficult to notice with the patterning. The plating is in great condition and the few marks on the pen are on the smooth ends and on the nib collar. The patterning looks great.
