Color Gold filled cap and barrel. Both cap and and barrel have a pattern of lengthwise grouped lines alternating with smooth areas. It has gold filled trim and a small clip. The section is black hard rubber.
Nib Flexible fine 14k Conklin Toledo #3 nib. It has a heart-shaped breather hole and gives good line variation from fine to double-broad. See writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition. The cap has a shallow dent above and to the right of the clip. The clip has slight brassing on the edges, and two tiny spots of plating wear. The cap lip has some plating wear, but is smooth and free of dents. The section has light tool marks. There are capping marks at the top of the barrel, and a couple of shallow dents at the end of the barrel. The very end of the barrel has plating wear around the edge. The lever has two small spots of plating wear. The plating is in great condition and the few marks on the pen are on the smooth ends and on the nib collar. The patterning looks great. The cap is personalized with "E. U. Walk (???) S. R." (we can't quite decipher the first part of the second line - maybe "Tr1"? There is a picture of this area below.)
