Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a dark, beautiful crescent filler specimen with excellent chasing and beautiful trim. The section has some perforation-type marks as well as moderate scratching. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip as well as some scattered small deep scratch marks. The barrel end has bite marks. The cap has light to moderate scratching with some deeper scratches, especially toward the top of the cap. The crescent has a bit of plating wear across the top edge. The wide cap band that is personalized ("Victor Morrison") has a circular pit between the Victor and the Morrison and, as well, there is a deep scratch above the "M". The clip has plating wear along the upper edge and some microscratching. It is a bit awry. The imprints are very readable.
