Length 5-1/4 inches capped, and 6-7/16" with the cap posted.
Filling System Crescent filler. We've restored it with a new sac and its working very well.
Color Black hard rubber (BHR) with a gold filled overlay. The overlay has a chevron pattern.
Nib Fine flexible Conklin Toledo #2 nib is smooth with nice tipping material. It offers very good flex and line variation from fine to double-broad. Please see the writing sample below.
Condition Excellent + condition. The patterns are well defined. The hard rubber for the section is still a nice dark black. There are small marks and scratches on the cap and barrel. The cap is personalized with the initials "J. H. N." The top of the cap has some plating wear around the edge. There are some touches of brassing on the clip, especially on the open end. The front edge of the barrel nearest the section has some plating wear and dentin. The end of the barrel has some small dents. The lock ring has shallow dents, and some tiny dings. The crescent has small dings, and some brassing around the edge. We've restored the pen and it's working very well.
