Nib FINE gold Conklin Endura nib. It is a very large nib. Firm, no flex.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is an over-sized, shiny pen in a classic design pattern. The "pearl" color varies from light (closest to original) on the cap, to caramel on the barrel, to a green tinge just below the section (no doubt an ink stain). There is nice pearlization. The barrel has primarily light scratching. There is a deep scratch on the barrel that reaches as far as two of the cap threads and there are a few small, deep marks at the end of the barrel below the groove. The cap has moderate wear. There are a number of small, deep marks toward the top of the cap. The double cap band has moderate microscratching but no plating wear. The clip looks nice with just some light microscratching. The imprints are clear.
