Product Description
Type | Lever filling vintage fountain pen in excellent working condition. |
Product Name | Conklin Endura (the imprint is readable) ... this is the rounded version of the Endura, not the flat-ended one with the rings. |
Manufacturer and Year | Conklin, Toledo Ohio, mid-1920s |
Length | 4-1/2" |
Filling System | Lever filler. The pen has been fully restored with a new sac. We'll guarantee the filling system for a year from the date of purchase. |
Color | Marbled green celluloid. There are none of the lines engraved around the barrel that you often see with Enduras. Gold filled trim. |
Nib | Gold Conklin Endura. Fine. Very nice flex, smooth, with a lot of tipping material. We consider this the perfect amount of flex for every day writing! There are some scratches on the top of the nib, but it doesn't affect performance. |
Condition | Very nicely restored and ready to write. No cracks or chips, a tiny amount of brassing on the edge of the lever and on the lower cap band. Nicely shiny and smooth to the touch, a few scratches here and there. |
The grid in this writing sample is 5mm
