Condition Near mint condition, in box, with paperwork with no cracks, dings, or dents. This is a vividly colored commemorative pen. There is a very small chip on the edge of the acrylic ring that is used with the crescent. Otherwise, there is no visible scratching and the trim is all beautiful and new looking. The imprints are clear.
