Product Description
Type | vintage mechanical pencil in nice working order. |
Product Name | Conklin No.0 (the imprint on the barrel is readable) |
Manufacturer and Year | Conklin, Toledo Ohio, early 1920s (imprint says this patent was from 1920). |
Length | 5-7/16" |
Filling System |
Takes 1.1 leads which it extends via the traditional twist-mechanism (you just twist the cone). We'll enclose a container of leads. |
Color | Silver plated. |
Condition | Very nice condition with some plating wear and micro-scratching. The photos (below) show most of the wear on the upper barrel, but there's less lower on the barrel. Despite this wear, the pencil has such a classic appearance that it's quite attractive, especially with its original Conklin price tag. A nice piece, and working quite well. |
