Condition Near mint condition with original box. The pen has excellent transparency and the imprint looks great. There is no ink staining in the viewing window and the nib looks perfect. The box is nearly perfect and it ships with its cardboard sleeve and paperwork.
The word gauge system uses the transparency of the barrel to tell the user approximately how many words can be written with the amount of ink with the pen.
