Product Name The pen matches a model 2564S Purse Pen found in a 1926 Conklin catalog. Pen Collectors of America has an excellent reference library; you can find the Conklin section here.
Manufacturer and Year Conklin, Toledo Ohio, 1926-30 - the patent date on the lever bar is 1925, and "The Conklin Legacy" book says that these Purse pens were made between 1926-30.
Length 4-1/4" long, excluding ringtop hardwarewith the ring-top hardware adding another 1/4 inch.

Color BCHR with gold filled trim. Lined, or ribbon chasing pattern.
Nib FINE flexible Conklin #2 Toledo gold nib. Modest line variation from fine to broad. Please see writing sample.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a dark black ring-top pen with strong chasing and lots of shine. The cap and barrel have light to moderate scratching. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip. The section has some light handwear and scratching. The tiny lever has some small scratches. The ring top is in great condition. The imprints are clear.
