Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working very well.
Color Green celluloid with black wisps and gold plated trim. Two thin gold bands on the cap.

Condition Superior condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a shiny vintage pen in a very striking color pattern with uniquely tiny lever and clip. The cap and barrel have light wear. The barrel has light marks caused by the cap lip and the more noticeable scratching near the end. The little lever looks great. The two gold cap bands have plating wear along the edges. The clip has a couple of dots of plating wear. The imprints are clear.
