Product Name Duofold Vacumatic, aka "Duovac" Pen, the pen is the more expensive deluxe Ingenue model with a Blue Diamond clip.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in USA -- 1940 (clear date of 0 with one dot). Ths version with the blind cap girdles was made from 1940 to 1941.

Filling System Vacumatic filler. Aluminum speedline filler. We've restored the filling system with a new diaphragm and it's working perfectly.
Color Green and brown (alternating with dark transluscent stripes) body and cap, with gold plated trim, two thin cap bands, and a black cap jewel.
Nib Extra-Fine gold Parker nib, made in the US. The nib is smooth and springy.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a colorful, classically designed pen with nice light coming through the barrel (good transparency). The cap and barrel have light to moderate wear. The cap bands have some brassing and light plating wear. The pen is personalized with "Mommie" in italic script on the cap band. The clip has some small amount of plating wear and brassing along the top. Blind cap tassie/girdle also has plating wear. The black cap jewel looks nice. The imprints are clear.
