Filling System Touchdown filling system. This pen has one of the early gold colored converters that don't have a squeezing section. It can be replaced with a standard Sheaffer squeeze converter, or you can use Sheaffer cartridges.
Color Cobalt Blue lacquer - an electric blue color, with gold-plated trim, including a 3/8" wide gold cap band.
Nib FINE Sheaffer 18k nib, marked F on the back of the section.
Condition Near mint condition, with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a heavy, beautifully shiny, and impressive pen with just some light polishing marks and marks on the section. The imprints on the cap band and the sides of the clip are clear.
