Type Vintage lever filling fountain pen.
Product Name We think this is part of the "Lady Garland" series. This one has an open nib and gold-filled cap.
Manufacturer and Year Waterman, made in USA - circa later 1940s.
Length 4-9/16".
Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working very well.
Color Red body - more of a reddish-brown, burnt sienna color. 1/10 14k gold-filled cap with a decorative line pattern. Gold plated clip and cap top.
Nib Fine 14k open nib is firm and smooth.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or dents. The barrel has light scratching, but no distinct marks from either capping or posting. The cap has light scratching and some brassing around the top. The clip has brassing and light plating wear on the edges. The lever looks great. There are small spots of plating wear on the housing towards the pivot end. The imprints are clear.
