Filling System Takes Cross cartridges or Cross Townsend converters. A piston converter is installed. Please note that Cross makes multiple converters and only the Townsend one will work.
Color Shiny lined gold-plated cap and barrel, black section, and gold plated trim and clip.
Nib Medium 14k gold nib.
Condition Excellent condition, in box. This is a large, heavy, flashy pen that shimmers and shines. The cap and barrel have microscratching. The front edge of the barrel has some brassing and a few tiny dots of pitting. The clip looks really good, with just light microscratching. The trim ring around the front of the section is missing the gold plating around the front edge, but there's no corrosion or pitting. The end pieces look great. All imprints are clear.
