Filling System This is a lever-filling pen. It is working well, with a new sac installed.
Color Body is hand turned from a solid bar of pearly red resin with silver glitter. The cap is gray resin. The body is adorned with a large hand engraved ring in vermeil - gold over sterling silver. The top of the cap is shaped like a Cossack hat and features in the top a disk engraved with the Cossack Insignia. The pen is numbered on the bottom end of the barrel. The clip takes its shape from the Shashka, Cossack's saber.
Nib MEDIUM 18k gold nib.
Condition Near mint in box. The cap has some small scratches. There is some light scratching towards the end of the barrel. Beyond these, there is light handwear and microscratching, but no other individual marks. This is a heavy, gorgeous, beautifully crafted pen in the original box. All imprints are crisp and clear. The outer box has a but of water damage, but it hasn't affected the contents.
