Nib |
14k Diamond Medal nib is medium and is in extremely nice condition with lots of tipping material. No real flex, but a very pleasing semi-italic cut that is buttery smooth. We have little doubt this is the original factory cut. There are a few tool marks on the nib, but that does not affect the writing. |
Condition |
Excellent condition, very sharp looking and bold with a wide cap band. No cracks or notable scratches in the lovely celluloid, readable imprint, very shiny. There is average brassing on the plating -- the cap band, the top and the ball of the clip. Writes very well. A few teeth are missing from the feed (funny, the last one of these we had also had a few missing teeth ... it must have been a weak component). |
