Nib FINE 14k #2 Diamond Medal nib. Short crack at the base of the nib does not affect writing, as the nib is firm.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks. This is a long, slender, tapered pen that is shiny and attractive. The coloration has ambered, especially on the barrel. The barrel has light marks caused by the cap lip as well as light scratching. There is a slight indentation that goes around the circumference on the lower part of the barrel near the end, probably caused by posting. The cap has light scratching with some short, deep scratches (bite marks?) on the black top piece edges. The lever has scratchines and pitting. The clip has a little divot near the top and some light scratching along the lower edge. The pen is personalized on the cap, "Monro". The imprints are clear.
