Filling System Lever filler (restored with new sac.). The mechanical pencil takes 1.1mm leads that extend by twisting the cap.
Color Black and Bronze marble. Gold plated trim. The piece above the caps has a off-white band topped by a black top piece. The cap of the fountain pen is personalized, "O. Stensaas". The cap of the mechanical pencil is personalized, "Oscar Stensaas".
Nib FINE 14k #2 Diamond Medal nib. Firm, with good tipping material.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a darkly colored, nicely patterned set that is shiny and attractive. The fountain pen has light to moderate wear on the cap and barrel. The barrel has light marks caused by the cap lip as well as some long, thin scratches. The lever has scratching, plating wear and some pitting. The cap band is excellent with just some microscratching. The clip has a lovely design and flow to it. It has some pitting along edges and the end. The piece above the clip looks great. The fountain pen is personalized, "O. Stensaas". The mechanical pencil has light scratching. The cone has microscratching and two divets in the gold. The cap band is excellent. The clip has plating wear and light scratching. The cap is personalized "Oscar Stensaas". The imprints on both pieces are clear.
