Manufacturer and Year Unknown. We think it might be Japanese because the clip design is almost identical to 1960s-70s Pilot clips.

Filling System The end with the larger nib is a bulb filler, and the other end is eyedropper filled with a small reservoir.
Color Clear with gold plated trim
Nib Both nibs are extra fine. The larger nib is marked "Warranted K14 Plating Pen" and the smaller nib says "K14 Plating."
Condition Excellent condition though the trim was very lightly plated and shows wear. No cracks.
