Product Description
Type Rollerball Pen
Product Name Unknown
Manufacturer and Year Dunhill, Germany -- 1970s. Despite Dunhill being based in the UK, in the 1970s and 1980s the pens were generally made by Montblanc or Reform in Germany.
Length Just over 5"
Filling System Takes Dunhill ballpoint refills. Though the Dunhill refills are no longer made, you can use Schmidt 1020 or Schneider Express 225 refills. (We haven't personally tested whether or not the Schneider refills work, but our research indicates that they should.) A working blue Schmidt refill is installed, and we will include a spare. Please note that you need to replace the spring exactly as it is when you receive it, with the tight end at the top, or the mechanism will not work. Don't assume that any old spring will work!
Color Gold plated pen with a striped, or guilloche, pattern.
Condition Superior condition, new old stock. The pen is unused but it does have some plating wear near the Germany imprint and at the top of the cap. We have photographed below. The pen has its original clip tag and paperwork. It ships in its original box.
