Manufacturer and Year Eggens Hambler ... they were ex-Waterman employees and started making pens in 1926 in New York, later moving to New Jersey. They went out of business in the mid 1930s.

Filling System Lever-filler. We have replaced the sac and it's working well.
Color Ivory celluloid w Black Lines and gold trim. Excellent color consistency. Black section. Single gold cap band. Full gold clip.
Nib FINE 14k Nib, firm with no flex. Probably a replacement nib since it is not marked EHCO.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a smallish pen in a really striking color pattern of pearlescent ivory with with black lines that squiggle and meander. The ivory color has only slightly darkened and should be very close to the original color. The cap and barrel have light scratching. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip. The lever, thin cap band, and clip have plating wear. The lever and clip have brassing. The imprints are clear.
