Manufacturer and Year Eggens Hambler ... they were ex-Waterman employees and started making pens in 1926 in New York, later moving to New Jersey. They went out of business in the mid 1930s.
Length 2-1/2", excluding ringtop hardware. Super tiny!
Filling System Lever-filler. We have replaced the sac and it's working well.
Color 18k 1/10 Gold Filled with a pattern of squares and lines. Short black section. Ring-top.
Nib FINE 14k miniature nib. The nib is flexible, but it was too difficult for our fat fingers to get a writing sample.
Condition Very nice condition with no cracks. This is an extremely small miniature, ring-top lever filling fountain pen in shiny gold fill with a nice little repeating pattern of squares and lines. The barrel has a lot of small scratches. The cap has moderate microscratching with a few deeper scratch marks here and there. The ring-top has some tarnish. The imprints are clear.
