Type Simple ring top fountain pen from the 1920s-30s

Manufacturer and Year Eggens Hambler ... they were ex-Waterman employees and started making pens in 1926 in New York, later moving to New Jersey. They went out of business in the mid 1930s.
Length 4-5/16" long, excluding ringtop hardware.
Filling System Lever-filler. We have replaced the sac and it's working well.
Color Mottled red and black hard rubber. 1/4" wide gold band around the cap. Mostly black, with some splashes of red.
Nib MEDIUM #2 14k flexible nib. It looks nice and writes smoothly, flexing without much pressure. See writing sample in photos.
Condition Excellent condition. No cracks or chips. About 1/4" of the edge of the cap top is a bit rough. There are also some scuffs on the area below the cap band. The cap band has a few tiny dents, as well as some scratching and polishing marks. The ringtop hardware is well-secured. The lever bar has some brassing around the edges. The imprint is nice and clear.
