Filling System Lever Filler. Restored with a new sac.
Color Green marble with gold plated trim. The marbling has pearlescence. The cap band has two gold bands surrounding a black band. The barrel has an engraving of an art deco building with the words "Golden Gate International Exposition" engraved around it. Black section.
Nib MEDIUM Epenco steel nib.
Condition Very nice condition for this novelty souvenir pen. This is a prettily colored, shiny pen that represents an important international exposition that took place in SF in 1939. The barrel has bite marks at the end. The cap has a smattering of bite marks near the top of the cap and other marks emanating from the top peak of the cap. The lever has plating wear and moderate scratching. The cap band has plating wear, scratching, and some pitting along edges. The clip has brassing and plating wear. The imprint is clear and the commemorative branding is intact.
