Color Black with chrome trim. It has the later version of clip, with a ridge that extends all the way up to the metal top piece of the clip, and it has a real metal cap band, not just the ridges, which is commonly the band associated with this style of clip.
Nib #2556 Steel Firm Fine nib. In the photos it appears to be slightly bent to the left at the tip, but since they were taken we have straightened it out and it's well alligned and smooth.
Condition Excellent condition. There's some lighter scratching on the cap and lower barrel. The clip is bent a little down toward its end, but none of the trim shows more wear than some light microscratching. No chips or cracks. It's still looking quite nice, restored and working very well.
