Filling System Clicker mechanical pencil, which means it extends via the cap-actuated mechanism. It takes 0.046" leads which is approximately 1.1mm.
Color Cobalt Blue with steel trim and black cap jewel.
Condition Excellent condition with handwear and a few marks on the cone. It has been personalized, "American Steel and Wire." The imprints beneath the cap and on the barrel are good. The clip has been polished a bit since photographed and looks much cleaner.
