Product Name Esterbrook LJ -- this series of bright colors with thin darker lines has been called the "icicles."
Manufacturer and Year Esterbrook - circa 1950s. There is no imprint on this one, but sometimes these models are marked "Made in Mexico."

Color Aqua green color with chrome trim .... the thin dark stripes in the color are why this series is called the "icicles."
Nib #9556 steel firm fine nib. It's in nice condition, smooth, with good tipping.
Condition Near mint condition. There does not appear to be a scratch on it. No cracks or chips. The only flaw is what looks like a manufacturer's defect: the cap band is a little bit too high for the grove it is supposed to rest in on one part, and bows out a little, and because of this there are some very minor indents in the band. (As you can see from the photo, this is a very minor and easy to miss imperfection.) It's a really beautiful piece, restored and working well.
