Color Brown with steel trim and black jewels on either end. This is the first iteration of brown made by Esterbrook for the SJ pens and is quite dark when compared to the more common copper-looking browns.
Nib FIRM FINE #2556 steel nib. It has a really good looking feed. The 2000 series of Esterbrook nibs have no additional tipping. The 2556 nib is catalogued as Firm Fine for general writing.
Condition Excellent condition. The cap band is loose, but it is well secured and will not come off. The cap and barrel have handwear and deskwear and the plastic doesn't feel super smooth. The imprint is clear. Fully restored and working well.
