Type Vintage oversized fountain Pen.
Product Name Gold Seal Oversized. We're not sure if it is a "Decoband" or part of the Equipoise family. Decobands usually are cylindrical and have a thin band at the top of the clip, but this pen's cap has a bit of a taper. Additionally the barrel is shorter than the oversize Decoband.

Filling System Lever filler. The filling system is working well with a brand new sac.
Color Black cap and barrel with gold trim. The pen has flat black pieces on both ends and several decorative bands. There are two narrow bands in total and a 3/16" decorated "deco" cap band. The trim is gold filled and it has the gold seal guarantee stamped on the cap.
Nib FINE MANIFOLD 14k nib labeled, "Wahl Eversharp Gold Seal Manifold." Excellent condition, very smooth.
Condition Very nice condition with some discoloration. There is some brassing on the narrow trim bands, lever, and ball end of the clip. There are cracks near the lever box (see photo below) and some scratching on the cap and barrel. Fully restored and working well.
