Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working very well.
Color Black barrel and cap, gold plated derby and trim. The gold plated derby and the thin gold band just below the derby were not standard Skyline design elements, so this was probably a jeweler's special.
Nib MANIFOLD FINE Eversharp 14k gold nib. There's a short crack descending from the breather hole, probably caused by someone trying to flex this firm nib.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a velvety black, shiny pen that is highly tapered and that has classical styling. The section and barrel have marks caused by the cap lip and moderate scratching. There are a couple of long scratches on the barrel. The cap has moderate scratches. The clip has light microscratching and a tad of plating wear along the edges of the end. The shiny gold derby has light microscratching. The imprints are all clear.
