Type Vintage lever filling fountain pen, restored and working well.
Product Name Skyline. This is an uncommon model with no cap bands, somewhat similar to the Steamliner model but with the Skyline clip and derby.
Manufacturer and Year Eversharp, made in USA -- 1940s.
Length 5-3/16" long.
Filling System Lever filling system. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working very well.
Color Black barrel, cap, and derby, with gold plated trim.
Nib MEDIUM 14k nib is smooth and has a good bit of flex. Line variation from medium-fine to double broad. See our writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition. Microscratching and handwear all over cap and barrel, though no deep scratches, cracks, dings, or personalization. There are some tiny chips in the edge of the cap. The clip has some brassing and plating wear, especially on the front and the edge that passes over the top of the derby. Fully restored and working very well.
