Manufacturer and Year Famous, USA -- 1930s, the clip and lever are marked "Famous" indicating either a brand or model. Based off of the materials we believe it is from the 1930s.

Filling System Lever filler, restored here at Peyton Street Pens with a new sac.
Color Black chased hard rubber with a grouped lines pattern. The trim is nickel plated.
Nib FINE FLEXIBLE Warranted 14k nib. It is a petite nib with a heart shaped breather hole and the tines spread for good line variation. See the writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition. The pen has no major scratches and no chips or personalization. The plastic does have a small, about 1/8" long, crack in it that comes out of the lever box. You can see it in the horizontal shot below. It looks like an angled line that doesn't match the parallel lines. The trim has held up well. There is handwear and the pen is nicely dark.
