Product Description
Type Unusual fountain pen with two nibs
Product Name Marked "Four-Way" on the clip .... we've seen very similar pens with a "Cameleon" imprint on the barrel and clip, but this is only marked "Four-Way."
Manufacturer and Year Unknown, probably the 1930s vintage
Length 5-5/8"
Filling System Bulb or squeeze fillers. Each nib has a bulb which can be squeezed to fill the pen with ink.
Color Green and black marble. The trim is chrome or nickel plated and may have originally had a gold wash.
Nib Two different nibs, one marked DURIUM 4 and one marked WARRANTED IRIDIUM TIP. We originally thought that one or both was a replacement nib, but we've heard of at least three other "Four-Way" pens with these exact same nibs.
Condition Excellent, with handwear and plating wear on the trim. No cracks or chips or serious scratches. Both ends of the pen have been restored with new sacs and the pens work well.
