Filling System Takes international cartridges and converters. A Graf von Faber-Castell piston converter is installed.
Color Barrel is pernambuco, a brown wood, with striped patterning. It has platinum plated section, end piece, cap and clip. Graf von Faber-Castell calls it "platinized accents."
Nib Broad 18k nib. The nib is labeled B and has a grind applied to the top of the tipping. We are not sure of the purpose of this modification because the underside of the nib remains an ordinary broad. It's a visual change and does not affect the writing.
Condition Near mint condition with handwear and polishing marks. The pernambuco looks almost perfect. No cracks or chips, dings or dents, or personalization. We've tested and cleaned the pen, it's working very well. Ships in a Faber-Castell box. (It is not the original box.)
