Manufacturer and Year The nib and clip say Hwasin, which is a Korean name. Probably post war, and made in Japan. When you pull the nib is says 'HWASIN 14K MADE BY W.S. MANUF"

Filling System Button filler, restored with a new sac.
Color Burgundy with gold plated trim. The brushed texture of the finish suggests it might be urushi.
Nib FINE Hwasin nib. It says 14K but it is undoubtedly glad plated steel.
Condition Very nice condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is an interesting skyline look-alike fountain pen in a classic color and design pattern. The cap and barrel have light to moderate scratching. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and by posting. The imprint on the clip is clear.
