Product Name Probably a "Dollar" Pen
Manufacturer and Year Charles A Ingersoll, New Jersey. The celluloid Dollar Pens were available briefly starting in 1927. In 1928 they switched to bakelite and changed the markings on the button knob.
Length 5-3/8"

Color Mahogany - red and black striped woodgrain celluloid with gold trim.
Nib FLEXIBLE MEDIUM. 14k Ingersoll nib is in really good condition with some nice every day flex. See our writing sample in the photos below.
Condition Excellent with great color, no cracks or personalization. The blind cap has some small chips on the edge nearest the barrel, but these do not affect the pen's function. There are some small shallow marks near the top of the clip. There is also some brassing at the top of the clip, and around the ball end. The rest of the pen looks great, with just light handwear and scratching. The imprint on the top of the cap looks great.
