Color Golden brown lengthwise stripes set in black in the cap, and an amber/translucent color on the barrel. Black blind cap and section.
Nib MEDIUM FLEXIBLE Montblanc size 4-1/2 steel nib. (These were sometimes found on wartime 300 series pens.) There are some tool marks on the nib, and it's almost certainly steel (there are no gold markings on it), but it is really soft and nicely flexible! See our writing sample.
Condition Excellent condition. This is a nicely sized girthy pen with a really fabulous nib. The cap and barrel have light to moderate scratching. The cap has some deeper tool marks and scratches near the top. The clip has some small scratches and dents. The cap bands have a bit of plating wear and some dots of pitting. There are some small scuffs and tool marks on the section. The barrel imprint is quite worn, with just the brand name readable.
