Condition Excellent condition for this large, nicely colored, shiny vintage pen. The coloration of the "pearls" has darkened to a deep caramel brown color on the barrel. The cap color is at least a shade lighter than the barrel. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and moderate scratching, mainly in the area beneath and around the lever. There are some tiny chips along the edges of the flat end piece. The cap has one tiny chip at the cap lip. The cap lip is thin. It has moderate scratching all over and some crackling on the pearl to the left of the top of the clip. The lever has microscratching and plating wear on the round end piece. The lower cap band has plating wear but the upper one looks excellent. The clip has plating wear on the ball end and along the top edge. The thin gold band under the flat top of the cap looks great. The imprints are clear.
